Training Supervisor

• Develop, deliver, and manage training programs for all levels of production staff (machine operators, assemblers, quality inspectors, etc.).
• Create and update training materials, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and documentation in line with cable manufacturing processes.
• Train new hires on company policies, safety procedures, machinery operation, and product specifications.
• Conduct skills assessments and maintain training records for all production employees.
• Coordinate cross-training initiatives to improve workforce flexibility and productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Partner with supervisors, engineers, and HR to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Stay updated on new manufacturing technologies and training methods relevant to cable production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
