Training Specialist

Role Overview: As a Training Specialist at BMU Campus, Sidhrawali, Haryana, you will play a crucial role in preparing students from the School of Management to be market-ready and excel in their placements. Your primary focus will be on providing placements training, mentoring, and coaching students and young professionals to enhance their professional development and readiness for the job market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and teach training programs focusing on soft skills, effective communication, and job interviews in alignment with current industry standards. - Provide one-on-one guidance, mentoring, and coaching to students to enhance their professional development. - Act as a mentor for the Student Placements Committee, advising on strategies to improve placement opportunities. - Collaborate with the university's Placement Department to maximize placement success for students. - Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders to facilitate networking opportunities for students and keep the curriculum relevant. Qualification Required: - Educational Background: Any Graduate/Post-graduate, preferably with an MBA. - Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, with experience in managing campus placement activities being desirable. - Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation skills, and advanced MS Office skills.,
