Job Description

TeamLease EdTech (formerly known as Schoolguru Eduserve) is India's leading learning solutions company, offering comprehensive services to Universities and Corporates. With exclusive partnerships with 40 of India's largest Universities across 16 states, we train 3.5 Lakh students in 9 Indian languages. Additionally, we collaborate with 500 corporates for upskilling/skilling initiatives and manage over 200 degree, diploma, and certificate programs. As a Training Project Manager at TeamLease EdTech, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of training projects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing training expenses, ensuring timely delivery, and enhancing learning initiatives continuously. You will work closely with clients, product heads, trainers, and external vendors to ensure high-quality learning experiences aligned with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: Project Planning & Execution: - Developing and managing training project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Coordinating with stakeholders to define training objectives and scope. - Ensuring the smooth execution of training programs, tracking milestones, and deliverables. - Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: - Collaborating with internal teams like Business, operations, and leadership to align training initiatives with business requirements. - Maintaining strong relationships with trainers to ensure high-quality delivery. Content Development & Delivery Oversight: - Working with the client's Product Heads and internal content team to create engaging training content. - Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of training materials. - Ensuring training programs meet compliance and industry standards. Monitoring & Evaluation: - Tracking and analyzing training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs). - Gathering participant feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives. - Preparing reports and presentations on training outcomes and impact. Technology & Innovation: - Utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools for program delivery. - Staying updated with the latest trends in training methodologies, such as blended learning, gamification, and AI-driven learning. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in training project management, learning & development, or corporate training. - Experience in managing training programs and virtual learning initiatives. Technical & Soft Skills: - Project management skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,
