Candidate Profile: Master’s degree in a related field (MBA Marketing/HR/Finance) preferred. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in a similar field The candidate must have an established network of companies for Student Placement& Internships Recent experience in career development, student placement, employer relations, and other experiential/work-integrated learning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability and desire to work independently in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks and a large volume of work in a timely and effective manner. The ability to work well with others, both internally and externally, from a wide variety of backgrounds. Comfortable to travel as per work requirement Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Office) and the ability to learn new software programs quickly and effectively. Objective: To develop relationships with corporates for placement of students including internships & projects. Provide support to students in work experience placements including internships, campus placements, and summer projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Facilitate placements, including internships and/or co-op placements and/or assignments for various programs. To tie up with corporates for Placement & Internships of Students. To identify the need for specific Training requirements for Students and coordinate with the Training Team to deliver the same. To help students build their CV / Resume. To arrange for guest lectures from corporates, related to Placement. Any Other Task assigned from time to time.
