About

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training & Operations Coordinator. This role is central to managing training logistics, coordinating with academic institutions, and ensuring smooth execution of learning programs. Candidates with experience in college placement coordination, event management, or entrepreneurial roles will thrive in this dynamic environment.

Key

• Coordinate and manage training sessions, workshops, and academic events.
• Act as a liaison between trainers, college management, and students to ensure seamless communication.
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with college management to promote the brand and strengthen partnerships.
• Organize webinars, workshops, and other learning engagements.
• Document attendance and maintain accurate records of training sessions and feedback.
• Ensure timely communication and execution of training schedules.
• Support the training and operations team with daily coordination tasks.
• Visit partner colleges or institutions as needed.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in training coordination, operations, or academic support.
• Prior experience as a placement coordinator, event manager, or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

• Impeccable management and organizational skills are a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other documentation tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
