Job Description

As an individual contributor or people manager managing DMs and/or AMs, your role involves working with internal and external stakeholders who consult you for finding solutions to various business problems related to training. Your key responsibilities include: - Planning, designing, developing, delivering, and certifying trainers & master trainer on adult learning principles, facilitation skills & coaching skills. - Collaborating with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify training needs. - Conducting needs assessments to identify and evaluate training needs, develop training and instructional solutions, and assess training. - Providing and/or assisting with consulting in all aspects related to training for organization-wide initiatives and projects; participating in the design, development, and implementation of training programs of broad organizational scope. - Planning, designing, developing, delivering, and consulting on various training projects and instructional programs using different training methods and formats. - Recommending and/or implementing innovative solutions, modifications, and enhancements to training programs. - Leading and delivering consulting engagements including client expectation management, quality control and delivery assurance, issue management, client insight and value capture, work planning and execution, and effective client communications. - Researching advancements in learning management systems (LMS), educational technologies, and instructional design methods; evaluating the effectiveness of training and development programs. - Recommending and/or implementing innovative solutions, modifications, and enhancements to technology training programs; facilitating and encouraging the adoption of technical platforms to enhance the delivery of academic and/or instructional content. You are expected to have the following qualifications: - Training domain experience in Trust and Safety space of at least 3 years. - People leadership experience of 5+ years. - Experience leading a team of deputy managers for at least 2+ years. - Knowledge of learning and development best practices. - A proven track record of training program development and management. - Excellent leadership skills. - Training delivery experience in large-scale operations. - Good to have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts. - Content design & development skills.,
