Lotmobiles focuses on providing comprehensive mobile phone solutions, accessories, and after-sales support in a large format showroom environment. Role Description This is a full-time Training Manager role located on-site in Hyderabad at Lot Mobiles Pvt Ltd. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for Smart Advisers, ensuring they have in-depth product knowledge to provide excellent customer guidance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, monitoring progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.
