Lotmobiles focuses on providing comprehensive mobile phone solutions, accessories, and after-sales support in a large format showroom environment. Role Description This is a full-time Training Manager role located on-site in Hyderabad at Lot Mobiles Pvt Ltd. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for Smart Advisers, ensuring they have in-depth product knowledge to provide excellent customer guidance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, monitoring progress, and evaluating training effectiveness. Qualifications Training program development and implementation skills Knowledge of telecom industry and electronic gadgets Evaluation and monitoring of training effectiveness Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in retail or telecom sector training Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Training & Development or related field Show more Show less
