Training Manager

You will conduct regular visits to the assigned schools on a daily basis to observe and assess the implementation process. Additionally, you will train the teachers on the academic implementation of the Kreedo curriculum and write detailed observation reports based on the visits. Your role will also involve offering guidance and support to school owners in implementing the Kreedo curriculum. Key Responsibilities: - Own the on-boarding, product training, and support function of Kreedo once the deal is closed by the sales and BD team. - Identify training needs, create training plans, and deploy effective training methods. - Assess the effectiveness of the training programs and stay updated on training requirements to ensure the organization's training initiatives are aligned with the set standards. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in education or training field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs. - Knowledge of academic curriculum implementation is preferred.
