Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager, located in Villupuram. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating training outcomes. The Training Manager will also collaborate with other departments to identify training needs, create training schedules, and ensure the continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in owning student outcomes.
• Excellent client handling skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to evaluate training outcomes and identify areas for improvement
• Experience in the tech sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Villupuram
