Training Manager

You will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions and facilitating skill development for student mentors. Your duties will include identifying training needs, creating materials, conducting sessions, and evaluating outcomes to ensure effective knowledge transfer. You will design and deliver training sessions on various topics such as effective mentoring techniques, communication with students, problem-solving, conflict resolution, soft skill development, and monitoring and feedback methods. Additionally, you will coach mentors individually to help them improve their impact and approach. Your role will involve observing mentor sessions regularly and providing structured feedback. You will also support mentors in understanding Eduports" goals, policies, and standards. Creating easy-to-follow resources and handbooks to aid ongoing learning, tracking mentor performance, and identifying areas for improvement will be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with the Program Manager to align training with program needs, organizing refresher trainings, and skill enhancement workshops periodically are also key aspects of the role. Moreover, you will act as a support system for mentors, addressing their queries and guiding them through challenges. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule.,
