As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure that training programs meet business needs and enhance overall performance. You will need to ensure that all functional training requirements are fulfilled, including traveling to various branches in Gujarat for training purposes. Your role will involve identifying training needs through consultations with stakeholders and conducting needs assessments. You will be expected to develop and deliver training solutions that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will gather and approve training needs for employees from functional and HR heads. Creating transparent communication channels within the organization and ensuring the effective translation of policies and procedures will be crucial. You should be adept at utilizing various training techniques such as e-learning, classroom learning, and on-the-job training while optimizing training processes for efficiency. Collaboration with the HR team, departmental heads, and administration to deliver training to both internal and field employees will be essential. You will also oversee the management of technologies and technical personnel necessary for training development and delivery. In this role, you will be involved in competency management by designing a competency bank, implementing assessment methodologies, and guiding the functional team in competency mapping and evaluation. Employee engagement activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Tracking budgets, negotiating contracts, and managing communication to employees are integral parts of the role. Experience in NBFC-MFI is preferred.
