Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager, located in Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing training programs, coordinating and delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of existing and new training materials. They will also manage a team of trainers, provide feedback, and ensure that the training programs align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing training programs and strategies
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other training-related software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in tech, or a related field
• Experience in the tech sector or familiarity with tech-related training is a plus
• Team management and client handling skills
