Job Description

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers and master trainers, ensuring effective performance and continuous professional development. Develop and implement team objectives and performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations. Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainers to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to training standards. Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and growth-oriented environment within the training department. Execute a wide range of behavioural training programs, including leadership development, communication skills, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, and team collaboration. Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, department heads, and HR business partners regarding training needs, strategies, and program delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that training programs support organizational priorities and drive business results. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to assess training needs, discuss outcomes, and align on future training initiatives. Develop and manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, and vendors as needed to supplement internal training resources. Drive the development and execution of large-scale training projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. Take ownership of key training initiatives that align with strategic business goals. Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for new programs, from needs analysis and content creation to delivery and evaluation. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments across the organization to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Analyse training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs), feedback surveys, and post-training evaluations. Regularly report on training outcomes to senior leadership, providing insights into employee development, ROI, and areas for improvement.Oversee the training department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for program development, delivery, and external vendor engagements. Develop strategies to maximize the impact of training investments and improve the overall training ROI. Manage logistical planning, including scheduling, location coordination for training programs.
