Telesales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing telecalling teams on products, processes, and sales techniques.
  
• Design and implement effective training modules focused on improving telesales performance.
  
• Audit telesales calls regularly to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
  
• Provide structured feedback and coaching to improve communication and conversion skills.
  
• Maintain training reports, track performance, and identify areas of improvement.
  
• Coordinate with team leaders and quality teams to align training objectives with business goals.
  
• Ensure consistent delivery of the company’s customer experience and compliance standards.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience as a Trainer

  (preferably in Health Insurance / BFSI telesales).
• Proven experience in

  training telecalling teams

  .
• Strong experience in

  call auditing and feedback management

  .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Proficiency in

  Malayalam and English

  (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others.
