Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration Project Management and Training Initiatives Training Needs Analysis and Evaluation Budget and Resource Management Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, with at 5 to 6 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience in managing a training team, delivering behavioral training programs, and handling cross-functional stakeholder relationships. Skills & Abilities: Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
