Training Manager - Banking/NBFC

You should be proficient in Hindi, English, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil. With 8 years of experience in training and development roles in the NBFC industry, your key responsibilities will include conducting both behavioral and subject matter training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance. You will need to develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals, focusing on making employees high performers through targeted training initiatives. Design and execute functional training modules to improve job-specific skills. Lead the development and implementation of the engagement and recognition framework across the organization to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation among team members. Develop strategies to motivate and inspire the team to achieve their full potential and provide guidance and support to ensure team members are aligned with organizational objectives. Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Hold team members accountable for their performance and provide constructive feedback. Supervise a team of three direct reports, providing leadership and guidance to ensure they meet their performance goals. Mentor team members to develop their skills and career growth. Key performance indicators include successful implementation of training programs resulting in improved employee performance, effective leadership and motivation of the team leading to increased engagement and productivity, and development and execution of a robust engagement and recognition framework. Requirements include strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, experience in managing and motivating teams, and proficiency in multiple languages.
