Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business partners across Policy, Quality, and Vendor teams to develop effective training and knowledge management strategies.
  2. Drive innovation in onboarding and training solutions using industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  3. Oversee the global implementation and measurement of training onboarding programs, including working with vendor trainers.
  4. Lead and coach a team of People Managers and Senior Program Managers, improving team processes for curriculum design and continuous learning.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 13 years of experience developing operational process solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive changes.
  3. 7 years of experience managing operations and people.
  4. Experience in consulting, customer support, content moderation, or managing cross-functional projects
