Role Overview You will be a part of DLUX EQ-IQ, the Centre of Excellence dedicated to fostering talent, in Coimbatore. As a passionate educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future digital talent by delivering engaging instructor-led sessions and providing mentorship to students. Key Responsibilities - Conduct instructor-led sessions, both online and offline, covering topics such as digital marketing, CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, and ecommerce platforms like Magento and Salesforce. - Simplify complex concepts into easily understandable formats using real-world examples and interactive teaching techniques. - Collaborate with CoE leads to develop or modify training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness. - Guide, support, and evaluate students, offering constructive feedback to aid in their continuous improvement. - Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, performance metrics, and feedback from sessions. Qualification Required - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields. - Ideally, possess at least 3 years of teaching or corporate training experience. - Familiarity with Martech platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, and Hubspot is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a student-centric approach. - Openness to ongoing upskilling to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
