Training Faculty

As a member of EQ-IQ, DLUX's Centre of Excellence, your role will involve nurturing talent, fostering curiosity, and promoting continuous learning in the fields of Martech, digital transformation, and AI-powered experiences. We are currently seeking passionate educators to join our learning faculty in Coimbatore with the aim of shaping the next generation of digital talent. Your key responsibilities will include delivering instructor-led sessions both online and offline, covering topics such as digital marketing, CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, ecommerce platforms (e.g. Magento/Salesforce), and emerging martech tools. You will be expected to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly formats using real-world use cases and interactive teaching methods. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Centre of Excellence leads to develop or adapt training content. As part of your role, you will mentor, coach, and assess students, offering structured feedback to support their continuous improvement. It will also be essential to maintain accurate training records, including attendance, performance metrics, and feedback. In terms of qualifications and skills, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields. Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of teaching or corporate training experience, with exposure to Martech platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, or Hubspot being a strong advantage. You should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a learner-centric mindset. A willingness to continuously upskill and stay updated with industry trends is also crucial.
