Training Executive

The Training Academy Executive is responsible for executing electrician training programs within a specified geography as per the defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The role requires a self-starter with up to 3 years of administrative experience, holding a Diploma in Electrical or any related field. Proficiency in MS Office and a proactive attitude are essential, along with the willingness to travel across the state. Experience with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is considered an advantage. The primary responsibilities of the Training Academy Executive include identifying knowledge gaps among electricians through market visits, coordinating training centers with colleges, managing materials with CSR and factory teams, and collaborating with training service partners to plan and execute programs effectively. The role involves suggesting modifications to training programs based on ground analysis and generating reports related to program effectiveness. Key competencies for this role include qualitative insighting, collaborating with vendors and internal teams, and the ability to gather qualitative insights from the ground. The ideal candidate should be able to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive plans, perform in a fast-paced organization with cross-functional alignments, and work well under pressure. The Training Academy Executive plays a crucial role in driving the adoption of training programs by marketing to retailers and electricians, as well as promoting the on-ground adoption of digital training platforms once developed.
