We are seeking a proactive and independent professional who can take full ownership of sales and product training across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the right product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer insights.

## ➤ *Key Responsibilities*
➤ Develop and implement training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
➤ Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to identify training needs and deliver relevant sessions
➤ Create and maintain product and sales pitch materials, including technical explanations, videos, and presentations
➤ Conduct regular tests and assessments to evaluate employees’ knowledge, skills, and performance
➤ Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning modules to improve team effectiveness
➤ Support all verticals—sales, pre-sales, channel partners, and customer-facing teams—with training resources
➤ Track and report training effectiveness, providing regular ESS (Employee Skill Status) updates to management
➤ Ensure all team members achieve high proficiency (10/10) in sales, communication, and product understanding

## ➤ *Desired Candidate Profile*
### *Education:*
➤ Preferably from a Civil Engineering or technical background
### *Experience:*
➤ 4– 7 years of experience in Sales Training or Learning & Development
### *Skills:*
➤ Strong communication and presentation skills
➤ Understanding of customer psychology (needs, desires, fears, frustrations)
➤ Ability to design and execute structured training modules
➤ Comfortable creating video content and learning materials
➤ Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
