* Plan, organize and coordinate training programs for faculty, staff, and/or students.
* Develop training materials, curricula, schedules and training calendar.
* Liaise between trainers/facilitators and participants; ensure training sessions run smoothly.
* Monitor and assess effectiveness of training programs; collect feedback and implement improvements.
* Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
* Coordinate logistics: venues, equipment, resources, refreshments.
* Ensure all training aligns with institutional goals, policies and compliance requirements.
* Budget management for training track costs and expenditure.
* Promote training programs and encourage participation.
* Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Prior experience (4-6 years) in training coordination or administration, preferably in education sector.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
* Basic data analysis and feedback interpretation.
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
