Overview Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees. Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to arrange training logistics. Maintain training calendars and send reminders/invitations to participants. Prepare training materials, presentations, and handouts. Track employee participation and training progress using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other tools. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback forms, surveys, and performance metrics. Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and certifications. Assist in the development of new training programs and materials based on organizational needs. Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory training requirements. Support the Training Manager with budgeting, reporting, and vendor management.
