*To attend all telephonic inquiries regarding admissions.
*To meet all students/parents coming in center for admission. *To counsel potential students to enroll in the programs offered by the institute. *To complete admission formalities for the candidates seeking admission. *To make sure the students are submitting all kinds of fees before due date during admission as well as after admission. *To help all admitted students in getting all kinds information, portal access, study material from university. *To act as bridge between students, university, center, and corporate office. *To guide admitted students for timely completion of the theoretical course. *To help in clearing doubts of the students with the help of university tutor for theoretical and department heads of the hospital for practical. *To make roster of the students to gain practical experience in the hospital/center. *To coordinate with hospital/center department heads and administrator and make sure all students are given proper practical training of their course/stream. *To re-counsel the students if students are willing to exit in between and to motivate them to complete 3 years of practical training and attain bachelor degree.Same for Masters degree. *To complete the formal exit formalities of the students who are existing in between or after completion of their course. To make sure they receive certificate from the university. *To keep data ready online as well as offline of all the students at all time. *To help students in placement.
