Job Title: - Training Coordinator

Job Location: - Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience:- 0-2 Years of Experience in any Industry

Job Description:-

• Map out annual training plans·
• Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house) ·
• Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
• Conduct institute-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
• Research and recommend new training methods· Identify industry-specific courses
• General administration
• Keeping a database of faculties & participants.
• Organize, develop, and source training programs.
• Preparing training calendar
• Track & report on training evaluation
• Strategic Campaign Planning.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Working with team members & line managers

Requirements:-

• Having a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Master of Business Administration in any field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Skills in MS Excel, MS word

Salary:-As per market standard.
