Training & Onboarding Coordinator Tamil Speaking

Location: Hyderabad (Banjara Hills)

Job Type: Full-time

Training & Onboarding Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Interviewing:
Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists.
Training Assignment:
Assign selected candidates to the appropriate trainers.
Onboarding Support:
Guide new hires through the onboarding process, providing resources and assistance.
First Slot Readiness:
Work with new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.
Coordination:
Collaborate with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

What We're Looking For

24 years experience
in coordination, training, HR, or operations (required).
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Excellent
organizational ability
and attention to detail.
Ability to perform in a
fast-paced operational environment
.
Familiarity with healthcare or phlebotomy is a plus, butnot required.
Fluency in Tamil and English (required).
Must be based in Hyderabad
or willing to relocate.
