Description:

A Training coordinator manages training resources, information and assists with scheduling and planning events and training activities. You will be assisting our heads of department in elaborating training strategies and putting a training programme in place.

The role will report to our Senior Director, Training and Development in London.

The Role:

• Work closely with the Trainers and Schedule training sessions

• You will be helping with organising training materials on our corporate intranet, doing such things as storing videos in the correct places, formatting pages on our training site
• Research & compile existing materials, internal & external
• Organise & structure training materials & pages in a consistent, accessible manner
• Refine & improve presentation, visibility and awareness of existing training resources
• Learning Management System reports for all the departments
• Wrangle & support training invitees
• Track attendance, gather feedback & generate reports
• Assist new hire on-boarding
• Publishing and maintaining a weekly training calendar for all the departments.

• Working closely with artist managers in India to secure time of trainees

Must Have:

• Basic Understanding of how Animation and VFX industry work

• Good English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience/Knowledge with GSuite: Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides
• Diploma or equivalent education

• Aptitude for learning new software

Nice to Have

• Photoshop skills

• Content Creation Skills
• Knowledge of Confluence
• Learning Management System experience, particularly in Saba and Easy Generator

• Asana or other project management tools experience
