Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Placement Officer located in Indore. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating campus placements, coordinating with recruiters, organizing training programs to enhance students' soft skills, and assisting students with college recruiting processes. The role includes developing and maintaining relationships with potential recruiters and organizing placement drives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
• Excellent Communication and Soft Skills
• Experience in organizing and conducting Training programs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build networks with recruiters
• Ability to work independently and drive placement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
