Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Industry Engagement & Employer Relations Develop and sustain partnerships with industries, corporates, and other employment agencies. Act as the primary liaison between the institution and industry partners for placements and internships. Identify new placement opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. 2. Placement Drives & Recruitment Events Plan, organize, and manage campus placement drives and job fairs. Coordinate company visits, interviews, and other recruitment-related activities. Ensure seamless logistics and communication during recruitment events. 3. Career Counseling & Student Support Provide one-on-one career guidance and counseling sessions. Support students in making informed career choices aligned with industry trends and personal strengths. Assist in resume building, interview preparation, and career planning through dedicated workshops and mock interviews. 4. Training and Development Organize sessions on soft skills, communication, teamwork, and professional etiquette. Conduct personality development and confidence-building workshops to enhance employability. Integrate career readiness programs into the curriculum in collaboration with academic teams. 5. Internship & Industrial Training Coordination Identify and facilitate internship and industrial training opportunities. Ensure alignment of internship experiences with the students’ career aspirations and curriculum requirements. Maintain liaison with companies for pre-placement internships and on-the-job training. 6. Job Listings & Off-Campus Opportunities Curate and maintain an updated database of job vacancies, internship openings, and industry requirements. Share relevant off-campus opportunities and support students in their application processes. 7. Placement Data & Reporting Maintain detailed and accurate records of student placements and internship statistics. Prepare periodic placement reports for internal analysis and external stakeholders. Generate insights for continuous improvement of placement efforts. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in placement coordination, career services, or corporate relations. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in MS Office and placement tracking tools/software. Understanding of industry hiring trends and skill requirements. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in academic institutions or skilling ecosystem. Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and industry professionals. Results-oriented approach with a focus on measurable placement outcomes. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,496.31 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
