Job Description

As a Talent Development Trainer at MarketStar, you will play a crucial role in empowering employees through impactful training programs that enhance skills, performance, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver training sessions tailored to organizational needs. - Facilitate new hire orientation, leadership development, and skill-building workshops. - Develop engaging training materials using modern instructional design principles. - Update and refine content to align with evolving business priorities and trends. - Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics. - Implement improvements to ensure optimal learning outcomes. - Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with goals. - Support cross-functional teams in implementing learning initiatives. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization. - Stay informed about the latest trends in talent development and instructional technologies. Qualifications Required: - Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences. - Ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training tools. - Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or talent development roles. - Proven ability to create and deliver effective learning solutions. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
