Training and Development Specialist

As a Training Coordinator at Kich Architectural Products Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in ensuring the effective organization and implementation of training programs. You will be responsible for coordinating various training activities, maintaining training records, and supporting the development of training materials. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will contribute to the success of the training and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars according to the training calendar. - Maintain and update training records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of training activities. - Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and e-learning content to support training programs. - Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to manage training logistics effectively. - Monitor attendance, feedback, and effectiveness of training programs to make necessary improvements. - Prepare reports on training activities, costs, and outcomes for review by the management. - Support the onboarding and induction processes for new hires to facilitate their integration into the organization. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory training requirements to uphold organizational standards. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the Training & Development field. - Experience in instructional design and curriculum development. - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English to effectively convey training information. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. - Experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage for this role.,
