About the Role

Training Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Manage training calendars, invitations, registrations, and attendance tracking.
• Support trainers and facilitators with learning materials, presentations, and LMS uploads.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new hires through training coordination.
• Respond to training-related inquiries from employees and external participants.
• Provide administrative support for e-learning platforms and virtual classrooms.
• Monitor participant feedback and prepare reports on training effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
