Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Employability Skills Trainer to deliver a comprehensive 45-hour Employability Skills program designed for college students from arts and science disciplines. The role focuses on equipping students with essential professional competencies that enhance workplace readiness, personal confidence, and effective societal interaction.

The trainer will facilitate holistic student development by emphasizing teamwork, confidence building, professional grooming, communication skills, and real-world application through simulations and experiential learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging sessions on employability and professional skills aligned with course objectives

Train students in teamwork, leadership, confidence building, and interpersonal effectiveness

Guide learners in professional grooming, etiquette, and workplace behavior

Conduct communication skills training, including verbal, non-verbal, and presentation skills

Facilitate real-world simulations, role plays, and activity-driven learning modules

Encourage reflective practices to support self-awareness and continuous improvement

Assess student progress through practical evaluations, assignments, and participation

Mentor students to apply learned skills in academic, corporate, and social environments

Maintain training documentation and provide feedback reports as required

Required Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Arts, Science, Education, Management, Psychology, or related fields

Certification or training experience in Employability Skills, Soft Skills, or Life Skills (preferred)

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Ability to engage and motivate college-level students

Experience with experiential learning, workshops, or classroom training

Preferred Skills:

Corporate training or campus-to-corporate experience

Knowledge of current job market expectations and professional standards

Confidence in conducting group activities and simulations

Strong mentoring and coaching mindset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
