The position is based in BHARATHIDASAN UNIVERSITY, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, offering a full-time employment opportunity. As an MIS Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include maintaining project-related data on the state Project MIS portal, assisting in the development of the MIS portal/dashboard for the HIMW project, ensuring 100% entry of HHs in the MIS software, developing systems and norms for data collection from the field, and working closely with the MIS Expert of SCOPIK to anchor the project. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions on M&E tools and data management systems for other project staff. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in projects/companies/organizations. You should have a good understanding of database management systems and the ability to generate analytical reports from databases. Essential skills include proficiency in computers, especially in Excel, the capability to work effectively in a multicultural/multidisciplinary team, and the capacity to multitask efficiently in such an environment.
