Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years Teaching Experience (Must)

Software Expertise: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Mandatory) Additional knowledge of Unity UI Design or Web UI tools will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI & UX Designer with a passion for teaching and design thinking. The candidate should possess strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, and hands-on experience in prototyping and interface design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. You will be responsible for training students in user interface and experience design, conducting workshops, and guiding project development focused on digital product and interaction design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and mentor students in UI & UX design principles, tools, and methods. • Guide students in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. • Assist in developing academic projects focusing on digital interfaces and user experience workflows. • Collaborate with faculty and students on design-oriented AR/VR, web, and app projects. • Evaluate student work and provide constructive design and usability feedback.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition. • Knowledge of UX research, persona development, and usability testing methods. • Ability to convert complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields. • Experience in teaching UI/UX design or conducting workshops preferred. • Basic understanding of interactive and real-time interfaces in Unity or Web platforms is a plus.
