Role - Sales Trainer

Designation - manager

Location - Mumbai - Andheri - Marol

Key Responsibilities:

Needs Assessment:

Identify training needs for the sales team, both for new hires and existing staff, covering both technical and soft skills.

Curriculum Development:

Design and develop effective sales training programs, including content, materials, and assessments.

Training Delivery:

Deliver training sessions through various methods, such as workshops, presentations, and on-the-job coaching, both in person and potentially online.

Performance Evaluation:

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.

Coaching and Mentoring:

Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales team members to help them improve their sales skills and achieve their goals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales managers and other stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives and sales strategies.

Staying Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest sales techniques, trends, and technologies to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.

Budget Management:

May be involved in setting and monitoring the training budget.

Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Expertise:

Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.

Training and Development:

Experience in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with trainees.

Coaching and Mentoring:

Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals to improve their performance.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with trainees and foster a positive learning environment.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent organizational skills to manage training schedules, materials, and resources.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Educational Background:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing) is often preferred.

Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with educational loans, would be an advantage for this role.
