Trainer & Program Management Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Trainer/Faculty with expertise in C++/Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support for our clients, combining teaching and project management aspects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving educational outcomes, and ensuring learners" success across India will be key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have an educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a solid foundation in C++/Java and DSA. Technical proficiency and hands-on experience in C++/Java and Data Structures & Algorithms are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with the ability to engage and support learners effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and familiarity with Microsoft Office and learning management systems are required. Willingness to travel within the region, specifically Delhi NCR/Chandigarh, to support learners and clients in various locations is expected. Previous experience in teaching, training, or working within the ed-tech sector would be a plus. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution, gathering client requirements, scheduling assessments, and coordinating with content and development teams to deliver courses on time. Leading the onboarding process for new learners, maintaining detailed documentation, tracking project progress, compiling learners" progress reports, and fostering positive client and stakeholder relations will be integral parts of your role.
