Senior Associate - Finance and Accounts

You are seeking a Senior Associate - Finance & Accounts to actively manage financial transactions, accounting operations, and compliance activities. Your strong accounting background and attention to detail will be essential in efficiently handling day-to-day finance functions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and facilitating financial audits. You will also be involved in financial reporting and process optimization for better efficiency. Your key responsibilities will involve managing accounting software to ensure accurate financial entries, working on GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, preparing financial statements and reports, collaborating with auditors and finance teams, identifying areas for process improvement, and liaising with tax and regulatory bodies as needed. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping, hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Office tools, a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance requirements, exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to integrity and accountability. Preferred qualifications include CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent certification and experience working in a tech or IT company.,
