Trainer - Process & Communication

As a Trainer at Medical Billing Wholesalers, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees to excel in the field of offshore medical billing. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with management to identify training needs for all employees. - Scheduling appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees. - Staying updated with the best training methods and modules. - Planning and implementing an effective training curriculum. - Preparing hard copy training materials such as presentations and video modules. - Training freshers on end-to-end RCM in batch-wise manner. - Training all employees on V&A and soft skills in a batch-wise manner. - Reviewing training needs on a monthly basis. - Coaching low performers and demonstrating improvement in call & email quality. - Conducting sessions to address hurdles regarding call/email quality. - Scheduling and performing pre and post-training assessments and monitoring progress. Qualifications required for this role include: - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of US healthcare and the RCM process. - Proficiency in Soft Skill, V&A, and training methodologies. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a process trainer position. - Knowledge of US culture. - Solid understanding of the latest corporate training techniques. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
