Trainer - Process & Communication

As a Trainer at Medical Billing Wholesalers (MBW), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will collaborate with management to identify training needs, schedule training sessions, and implement effective training methods. Your responsibilities will include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions on RCM and soft skills, and reviewing training needs regularly. Additionally, you will coach low performers, conduct assessments, and monitor progress to ensure continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees - Schedule appropriate training sessions for new and existing employees - Stay updated with the best training methods and modules - Plan and implement an effective training curriculum - Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations and video modules - Train freshers on end-to-end RCM in batch-wise manner - Train all employees on V&A and soft skills in batch-wise manner - Review training needs on a monthly basis - Coach low performers and demonstrate improvement in call & email quality - Conduct sessions on overcoming hurdles regarding call/email quality - Schedule and perform pre and post-training assessments and monitor progress Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Good knowledge of US healthcare and the RCM process - Proficiency in Soft Skills, V&A, and training methodologies - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a process trainer position - Knowledge of US culture - Solid understanding of the latest corporate training techniques - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment At MBW, we offer an exciting work environment that values growth and learning.
