Trainer

Eligibility Criteria:

· 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline

· Minimum 1 year of experience in training delivery (preferably in BPO/Customer Support)

· Fluent in English (written and verbal), Hindi or any of the regional languages with excellent facilitation and presentation skills

· Experience in both voice and chat training modules

· Must clear internal assessments on language, process knowledge, and communication

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct process training, soft skills, and communication workshops for new hires and existing staff

· Deliver mock call/chat simulations to enhance trainee readiness

· Assess learning effectiveness through quizzes, role plays, and feedback

· Create and update training content, manuals, and e-learning tools

· Track batch performance and maintain attendance and evaluation records

· Partner with QA/Operations to identify and address learning gaps

· Conduct refresher and cross-skill training as required

Skills Required:

· Strong classroom/virtual delivery skills

· Patience and adaptability, especially with freshers

· Ability to engage, coach, and motivate learners

· Proficiency in creating content and reporting tools (PPT, Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
