Role: MITR Trainer (Freelance/Part-time)

Location:

What Youll Do:

• Facilitate structured, interactive sessions for adolescent boys (Grade 812)
  
• Deliver gender-sensitization, life skills, and leadership content
  
• Be a mentor and positive role model for the youth
  
• Participate in

  Train-the-Trainer

  (TTT) workshops before deployment

Who Can Apply:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with good communication skills (English & Tamil)
  
• Prior experience in training, facilitation, or teaching is a plus
  
• Passionate about youth empowerment and gender equality
  
• Professionals, freelancers, or retired individuals looking to give back

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Graduates/Postgraduates

  in any discipline

• Fluent communicators

  in English and local language (Tamil/Kannada preferred based on location)

• Experienced facilitators, teachers, or trainers

  (prior training/teaching background is an advantage)

• Passionate about youth development and gender equality

• Empathetic, confident, and approachable

  personalities who can engage with adolescent boys

• Flexible and committed

  , with the ability to travel to schools/colleges when needed

• Open to learning
