Job Description

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for rural customers, field staff, and community groups.
  • Support the execution of financial literacy campaigns in collaboration with community leaders and field teams.
  • Develop and disseminate easy-to-understand materials for low-literacy and rural audiences.
  • Educate rural populations on digital financial services, including mobile banking, UPI, and cashless transactions.
  • Conduct post-training assessments: quizzes, field observations, and participant feedback.
  • Maintain detailed reports on training effectiveness, participation levels, and impact analysis.
  • Continuously improve training content based on field feedback and evolving customer needs.
  • Work closely with NBFC-MFI partners, field officers, SHGs, JLGs, and other community institutions.
  • Assist in capacity building for field teams to help them engage better with rural customers.
  • Delivering interactive sessions on:
  • Joint Liability Group (JLG) and Self-Help Group (SHG) models.
  • Loan Lifecycle Management: Application, Disbursement, Repayment, and Closure.
  • Microfinance Products: Micro/Small Loans, Savings, Insurance, and Pension Schemes.
  • Digital Finance Usage and responsible borrowing.
  • Grievance Redressal, Debt Management, and Building Savings Habits.
  • Use participatory training methods such as:Storytelling,Visual Aids and Flipcharts,Group Discussions & Role Plays,Case Studies and Real-life Examples

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of JLG/SHG operations, micro-credit policies, and NBFC-MFI regulations.
  • Familiarity with financial inclusion products: loans, savings, insurance, pensions, and digital finance.
  • Strong training and facilitation skills, especially for low-literacy participants.
  • Ability to design and use interactive and experiential learning methods.
  • Multilingual fluency: English, Hindi, and at least 23 regional/local languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively to rural and semi-urban locations.

Qualification :

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred: B. Com / BA (Economics) Preferably Postgraduate or MBA in Finance / Banking
