Trainer

Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing insurance sales professionals. Conduct regular skill assessments and gap analyses to identify training needs. Create sales scripts, role-plays, presentations, manuals, and e-learning materials. Train on product features, benefits, policy terms, and underwriting guidelines. Conduct workshops on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer relationship management. Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to underperforming team members. Keep sales staff updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPIs. Collaborate with sales leaders and HR to align training programs with business objectives. Organize refresher training programs and continuous learning opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Trainer to join our team.
