Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and complaints related to service and spare requirements.

Create SO, quotations, and proposals for service jobs and spare parts.

Coordinate with customers to ensure the timely execution of service requirements and spare delivery.

Provide support in preparing warranty claims, service reports, and customer documentation. Ensure effective communication between service engineers, spare support team, and customers.

Assist in tracking service performance, spare part utilization, and customer satisfaction. Maintain proper records of quotations, SOs, and service schedules for reporting purposes. Ensure adherence to service standards, safety practices, and company policies.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication), B.com, with relevant experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to understand technical concepts in automation and support customers effectively. Experience

Freshers with strong technical knowledge and interest in spare and services are preferred; prior internship or project exposure is an added advantage.
