Sandfits Foundries Private Limited is a pre-eminent iron casting manufacturing company that produces Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, CG Iron, and AD Iron. Sandfits has 3 foundries with a capacity of 60000 tons PA. Sandfits has a dedicated machine shop to deliver precision iron components to customers worldwide. Sandfits Foundries are located in and around Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and has a certified IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of engineering projects
• Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D, etc.) on project execution
• Support troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process improvements on assigned projects
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Document project progress, test results, and prepare technical reports
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related discipline)
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, tools, and methodologies
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent) will be an advantage
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
