We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start their career in software quality assurance. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced QA engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
Manual Testing:

• Execute test cases thoroughly and accurately, identifying and documenting defects.
• Perform various types of manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Verify bug fixes and ensure they do not introduce new issues (regression testing).
• Participate in review of requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation (test plans, test cases, test reports).

Defect Management:

• Accurately record, track, and retest defects using a bug tracking system.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with development teams regarding identified issues.
• Provide detailed steps to reproduce bugs, expected results, and actual results.

Collaboration & Learning:

• Work closely with the QA team to understand best practices, testing methodologies, and tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand software requirements and user stories.
• Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with new testing techniques, tools, and industry trends.

Documentation:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date test documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the QA team.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of the following tools and concepts is highly desirable:-Test Management Tools-Bug Tracking Tools-Web Technologies-Database Concepts-Mobile Testing

Qualification Requirement:
B. Tech CSE/IT, BCA, MCA, M. Tech, Diploma in CSE, Graduation in Similar or Computer's Field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
