. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn the fundamentals of project management while working on live projects. You will assist project managers in planning, coordination, and execution of projects, while gaining exposure to project management tools, processes, and best practices.

Salary

: INR 6,00,000 - 12,00,000 / year (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning & coordination of shows to ensure timely execution.
Support on-ground delivery of events, including logistics, backstage, and vendor management.
Drive promotion & outreach across social media, campus networks, and external colleges to maximize engagement.
Represent the brand with sponsors, partners, guests, and participants at various events.
Contribute creative ideas for stage setups, competitions, themes, and marketing strategies.
Help track and report on campaign and event performance.

Eligibility

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for music, concerts, and youth culture.
Awareness of the college festival and nightlife ecosystem.
