Job Description

Assist in all stages of manufacturing respules, under supervision. Learning the full process, ensure compliance, maintain quality, and perform supporting tasks so that final products are safe, effective, and meet regulatory norms.

Assist in preparing the manufacturing area: cleaning, sterilization (if applicable), ensuring the line isready for production.
Helping with dispensing/ measuring of raw liquids and excipients.
Liquid filling into respule ampoules (or the device used), sealing them correctly.
Assist in packaging processes (labelling, packing in blister / foil / cartons).

Ensure cleanroom or controlled environment protocols are followed (e.g. gowning, air changes, environmental monitoring).

Assist with sampling for QC tests (sterility, microbial load if needed).
Maintain all batch manufacturing records (BMRs), batch processing reports (BPRs), sealing & packaging records.
Make sure all SOPs are followed strictly.
Ensure documentation is audit‑ready (QA / regulatory inspections).
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Monitor machine parameters (speed, temperature, pressure etc.) under supervision.
Report any equipment malfunction / abnormal behavior.
