Job Description

Assist in the packing operations for injectable dosage forms, ensuring proper sealing, labeling, and carton packaging activities.
Operate and maintain packaging machinery under guidance; promptly report minor technical deviations.
Conduct in-process checks to ensure product integrity (e.g. label correctness, expiry dates, batch codes).
Monitor packing materials and components, highlighting discrepancies and ensuring availability to prevent workflow delays.
Maintain hygiene and order in the packing area, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Document packing activities including material usage, batch records, and deviation notes as per SOPs.
Participate in training sessions to develop operational skills, packaging protocols and equipment knowledge.
Support achieving daily production targets, helping reduce waste and process inefficiencies.
Supports and learns hands‑on involvement in packaging operations for injectable products—filling, sealing, labeling and carton packing— under close supervision.
Ensures compliance with cGMP and SOPs while developing proficiency in equipment operation and quality controls.
